How to calculate Paint? What are the principles of calculating paint?

Vs= Volume Solids
DFT= Dry Film Thickness
WFT= Wet Film Thickness
TC= Theoretical Coverage 
PC= Practical Coverage 
%DIL= % Dilution

    Sir we are using hampel paint hampadur 35560 ,100 % volume solid still we face DFT is minimum 100-150micron less than WFT what is the reason behind it

    Dear Ravi, This is because of paint formulation. Check TDS of Hampadur 35560 where recommended WFT is what? And thinning ratio of mixing. If you thin 10-20% than you may not get DFT accurately
